Yu Ming Photoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010. We adhere to the business philosophy of "technology first, integrity and pragmatic, excellence, and thanksgiving". We havegrown into a SMD LED package enterprise with more than 10 automatic production lines, and its monthly capacity over 100KK. We are mainly engaged in high color rendering and high lamination products, and now our main series include 5730, 2835, 4014, and 3030 series etc. All the die mounting and wire bonding machines are the most advanced ASM AD862H and KAIJO FB910, which can guarantee the core manufacturing process of LED packaging stability. In 2012, we set up the LED lighting source department, and the key equipment is high speed machines from Japan Panasonic and Netherlands Philips. The main products cover varieties of LED lighting sources and customized LED lighting sources according to customer's requirements. In 2015, company established the COB lighting source department, and we adopted the flip mounting technology to producing down lights, spot lights, track lights, as well as other customized COB lighting sources. Our management team came from Taiwan EVERLIGHT with rich R&D(research and development) and manufacture process management experiences. Each of the manufacturing processes are based on manufacturing specifications and test specification , which can ensure the stability of quality and make us become an OEM factory for EVERLIGHT. To improve product quality, we established aging laboratory with one Japan ESPEC thermal device, one constant temperature and humidity chamber, aging test machine, sulfide salt-fog tester and pulse lighting instrument etc. Thus, the product quality will be under control from R&D to shipment. Yu Ming photoelectric believe that green, energy-saving, environmental protection are the hopes of the survival of our beloved planet, as well as the substantial development of human beings.
